Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy is as follows:

  • Clothing Apparel: 7 days after confirmation of delivery
  • Handbags: 14 days after confirmation of delivery
  • Collectibles: 5 days after confirmation of delivery
  • Cosmetics: No returns accepted
  • Backpacks, Bookbags, and totes: 14 days after confirmation delivery
  • Home and Garden Decor: 14 days after confirmation delivery
  • Unless item arrived as not as described, damaged, or inoperable, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Returns are accepted only if items are in its original condition as upon delivery. Which means, NO Color Changes, Scuff Marks, Cuts, Tears, Rips, Holes, Stains, Mold, or Mildew.  
  • In the event an item did arrive in a condition other than listed in the description, E.g. cracked, broken, discolored, or any reason “Other Than Described” in the description, Photo Proof should be taken and emailed/text to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
  • Note: All items are examined and photographed before being packaged; With that being said we do understand some defects might have been missed; Nevertheless, any PURPOSELY OR WILLFULLY ALTERATIONS in the form of a defect will be taken greatly into consideration and compared against our pre-shipping photos before a refund can be issued.
  • Customer shall receive a full refund minus shipping, if applicable, promptly after receipt and examination of item(s) being returned.
  • Free exchanges on all items sold.
  • Returns may be exchanged for Merchandise Credit for purchases at a later date…

Acceptable reasons of return include: 

Item(s) are not as described, missing or broken parts, different color, size, or pattern other than what was ordered, dimensions are bigger / smaller than listed in the description, item is too big/small or just doesn’t fit, or item arrived/shipped longer than expected or stated. 

How do I Cancel my order?

  • To cancel an order(s) that have not yet shipped please call/text (407) 269-4954 or email: contactus@buorco.com and request a cancellation of items.
  • To cancel an order(s) that have already shipped, please refuse or return unopened item as “return to sender”. Then email or text the word “Refused” along with the item description, your name, and email address, and a refund will be applied immediately after receipt of item return. If package(s) is unopen and in its original delivery no phone call is necessary.

May I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we do accept phone orders. Customer Service hours are Mon – Friday from 9 am until 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Excluding all major holidays.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?

Most orders ship same business day if ordered before 6 pm EST. In some instances, some orders may need more handling or packaging time which may result in an order being shipped the next business day or at the latest two business days.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

  • Depending on your location, the Carrier Company, and the delivery option you have chosen…
  • Free and Economy delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.
  • Standard First Class delivery is usually 2 to 3 days
  • Priority Mail Delivery is usually 1 to 2 days
  • Priority Mail Express Delivery is normally delivered the next business day.
  • Oversized, Extra Large, Heavy Items can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.
  • Delivery Status and Confirmations will be included with all orders.

Do you ship internationally? (Outside of the US)

Yes, we can ship internationally. Please expect slightly longer shipping / handling times than stated above.

Do I have the option of having my item shipped out to me with non-plastic packaging, or in a way that I prefer?

  • Yes, most of our smaller packages are sent out via poly mailer or priority mail flat rate envelopes due to economical reasons, with that being said we are all for less plastic and have no problem shipping items with different packaging upon request.
  • To request special packaging on an order(s) under 4 oz please notate request in order notes upon checkout.
  • To request special packaging on order(s) over 4 oz, please email, text, or call us before completion of order.
  • Special packaging fees are as follow:
  • 0 to 4 ounces – Free, No additional charge
  • 5 to 10 ounces – $4.50 additional Fee added on to order total.
  • 11 to 15 ounces – $6.50 additional, added on to order total.
  • 16 ounces to 30 ounces – $8.50, added on to order total.
  • 30 plus ounces – $10.50 added on to order total.

What is the breakdown in % as well as the sourcing details of your pre-owned merchandise?

  • 45% is of donations for consignment, or resale, bulk purchases of abandoned storage units, etc.
  • 25% of our items are bulk wholesale returns, or wholesale auctions of scratch and dent, slightly defective merchandise, etc.
  • 25% Bulk wholesales of Brand New Unused non-defective manufactured items.
  • 5% Sponsored and/or Affiliate related merchandise.

Are your store items listed on other platforms outside of buorco.com?

Yes, we also post and sell items locally, as well as on eBay.com, amazon.com, and Poshmark. With that being said, the majority of our items are listed only on our website. Promotional Codes, Layaway, Offers, and Discounted merchandise is also only available/acceptable via direct purchase throughout our website.
